We're a family of avid fly anglers. Our property sits along the Yellowstone River's world famous "bird float" (Grey Owl to Mallard's Rest) and has private access to this great section of river. The home waters in front of the property often have a wonderful evening hatch as well. If you want to bring your own drift boat, there's plenty of parking.
Anglers, of course, aren’t limited to the Yellowstone. We’re in the center of trout country.
If you prefer a spring creek challenge, Armstrong, Nelson, and DePuy's are just a few minutes up the road. Famous rivers like the Boulder, Mill Creek, Shields, Madison, Gallatin, and Jefferson are all easy day trips. The surrounding mountains also have a host of trout filled lakes. Yellowstone National Park is just thirty minutes away, and offers incredible fishing in the Fire Hole, Lamar/Soda Butte, Slough Creek and upper stretches of the Yellowstone.
Montana has a lifetime’s worth of water. Believe us. We’ve spent a lifetime on these waters.
